2. CJ: 1 RM
3. Front Squat: 1 RM
Only allow yourself 3 misses. Again, this doesn't mean you HAVE to miss 3 times, but if you are missing weights below your personal best, then back down.
Never give up, not ever. Not even if there's a fire.
