1. Power Snatch: 1 RM, -5% for 2x1, -10% for 2x1
2. Snatch Pull: 3x3, go as heavy as you can
3. Pull Ups: 3x10
4. Box Jumps: 4x3
5. Back and Abs: 3 sets each
