Saturday, 10/10: Look out man!



Week 7, Day 6: Last workout before a rest week.

1.  Snatch: Up to a Heavy Single
2.  CJ: Up to a Heavy Single
3.  Front Squat: Up to a Heavy Triple

You are alloted 3 misses per exercise.  That doesn't mean you have to miss 3 times before moving on, but it does mean that if you miss 90% 3 times, you have to stop there.
